Four Degrees Rally at Kanawha 25

 

5/31/08  Four new members advanced through the Odd Fellow Degrees.
Members from Kanawha #25, Logan #274, St. Mary's #22, Ripley #30 Putnam #85, and Randolph #116 met at Kanawha #25 Lodge Hall and conferred the First, Second and Third degrees on four members from Kanawha #25 and Logan #274.  Honored Guests included Dale Metz, Grand High Priest of the Grand Encampment; Mike Carney, Grand Junior Warden, of the Grand Encampment; and Wade McKinney, Department Commander of the Department Council of West Virginia.  (Click pictures below to enlarge them.)

 

Degree Work

One thing to impress the new member is to have the degrees fully conferred.  If your lodge is small and can't do this, join with other lodges and do the job right.  Your lodge will learn as will others, and the candidate will get the message better.
